Putri Duyung Ancol Hotel - Jakarta

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I particularly liked that it is located right by the beach, providing a fantastic view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, especially the ones with breakfast included, were spacious and comfortable.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

swimming pool should have life guard or some one around,no pool towel given and no shower head.Large pool no water filtration in process and some sea Crockett in the pool center pillar.Need to mention Booked.net $$ otherwise will fully charge to Publish rate.

The nearby Dunia Fantasi theme park and other attractions were within walking distance, making this place a convenient choice for us, and we really enjoyed our stay with the room meeting our needs.

This hotel is located in an area with many restaurants and coastal attractions nearby. Its proximity to the beach is a major advantage. Rooms are described as wide with unique shapes, making for a unique experience. the bathrooms are clean and have hot and cold water. Guests have access to free bikes and the breakfast menu is quite varied.

The hotel is reportedly pricey, which may be a negative factor for some guests.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast selection was okay.

The hotel was very old and dirty. All the linens (bedsheets, towels, etc.) were so old that they had stains (blood, cigarettes, dirt) that couldn't be washed off. We requested the linens to be changed, but the changed ones were just as dirty and disgusting. Our hotel room had a ton of mosquitos and insects, and the staff didn't do anything about the complaint. One of my daughters had over 35 mosquito bites in one night. The room didn't have any internet connection. The bathroom had no hot water. It's inconvenient to get to the other parts of the Ancol recreation park where the attractions and restaurants are without a car.

The best part of staying in Ancol is because of its surrounding and room's design. The staffs also very nice and helpful. Thanks. Looking forward to make a 2nd trip there.

Every things need to pay extra charge.ex: towel, ice,entrance fee, manner of neighbour.( Neighbour parking their car at our place)

The staff was really good, always cute us with friendly smiles and making us feel comfortable. the location is perfect, with many restaurants close by to choose from.
